結婚式打ち合わせ～第一回目☆スタート！
まずはイントロダクション
前回の結婚式場見学、勢い余って早くも見学２件目で決定してしまった僕たち(^_^;)
結婚式場見学に行ってきました②～貸し切りゲストハウス～見積・式場決定！
今日は記念すべき第1回目の打ち合わせに行ってきました。
いよいよ結婚式準備が始まります。
4月初旬スタートで9月初旬に式披露宴当日、準備期間が約5ヶ月、ハナユメ経由で探したカップルが大体そうだと思いますが、準備期間がきわめて短いのでかなり忙しそうな予感(^_^；)
既婚者に聞いた話ではかなり大変ということですが、これも二人の絆を深める為の共同作業、真剣に、かつ楽しく進めて行きたいと思います。
改めてプランナーさんに宜しくお願いしますとご挨拶。
プランナーさんは僕たちより遙か若く(ひと周りくらい下かな)
若さ故の経験値は？な部分がありますが、とても元気ハツラツな方で、引っ張って言ってくれそうなので安心感があります。
最初に「ウェディングブック」という冊子を頂きました。
今後はこの内容に沿って準備を進めて行くようです。
中に取り外しのできるHOMEWORKという冊子があり、次の打ち合わせまでに調べること、決めるべきこと等、必要事項を記入しておきスムーズに進むようにしておきます。
カレンダーでおおまかな予定も頂きました。
その他にハウツー集が同梱されており、結婚式準備における礼節や決めごと(書面の書き方、席次等)を参照することができます。
また各決定事項におけるアドバイス・ポイントも記載してあります
言ってみれば「ゼクシィ」の特集記事の総まとめ集みたいなものですね。
打ち合わせのスケジュール
① 進行・招待状打ち合わせ
② 料理打ち合わせ
③ 装花打ち合わせ
④ 司会進行打ち合わせ
⑤ 最終打ち合わせ
この合間にその他細かい内容を徐々に決めていきます。
一番楽しみなのはBGM選びかもしれない、これまで10年以上温めてきた使いたい曲リストをようやく使う日がやってくるのです☆
こだわりの曲をいっぱい使いたいな～と
並行して提携のドレスショップで衣装も選びます。これも迷いそうだ(^_^：)
打ち合わせ5回だけ？？で準備が完了するのかな？と不安になっていると、時間が足りなければこれ以外にも打ち合わせの機会を設定してくれるそうです。
その他、電話やメールでの対応も随時受け付けてくれるとのこと。
他にも引き出物、引き菓子の冊子を頂きました、全部で10冊ほどあり、選ぶのが大変そう(^_^;)
最近ではゲストの属性により、選び分けする方が多いそうです。
男性ゲストには実用性のあるもの、女性にはオシャレなものを選びたいですね。
今日はイントロダクション的なところで終わりました。
次回5月の打ち合わせから本格的な準備が始まっていきます。
楽しい演出もやりたいし、式場の装飾も綺麗にしたい。
ゲストハウスは自由度が高くていろいろできるので夢が拡がります☆
