先日訪れたスーモカウンター経由でアイフルホームのモデルハウス見学に行って来ました。
リクエストとしては一条工務店のように暖かいけど、コスト抑えめのハウスメーカー、の条件での紹介です。
スーモ担当者のコメントでは、アイフルホームはフランチャイズ展開で、世の中的にはローコスト住宅よりに分類されていますが、安く高性能の家を提供できるノウハウのあるハウスメーカーとのこと。

アイフルホームの商品展開
メーカーの商品展開としては、高機能を謳ったcesibo(セシボ) シリーズを売りにしています。(２階建て住宅の場合)
①cesibo 極(きわみ)
②cesibo 零(ゼロ)
③cesibo 爽(そう)
｢極｣が最もハイグレードで大手ハウスメーカーにひけを取らない高性能を誇り、｢零｣がその次点、｢爽｣がお求め安いグレードです。
特に｢極｣、｢零｣は高気密高断熱の省エネハウスが特徴。
高性能断熱パネルHQP(ハイクオリティパネル)とトリプルLow-Eガラス(三重ガラス複合樹脂サッシ)でしっかりと外気の影響を防ぎます。
Ｃ値は0.61㎠/㎡
Ua値は0.3W/㎡・ｋ
と一条工務店に次ぐ断熱・気密性能
(Ｃ値は隙間面積の数値で小さいほど隙間が少ない、Ua値は外へ逃げる外気の熱貫流率で小さいほど良い。)
ハイグレードの｢極｣だと一条工務店に匹敵する性能と断言されていました。
※アイフルホームの営業さん曰く、一条工務店と比較検討する方が結構いるんだとか。
あと、気になる耐震性能ですが、グランドスクラム耐震等級3級相当を実現。
独自の特許技術で大開口でありながら耐震性に優れております。
なお、アイフルホームはLIXILの関連会社なので、キッチンなどの内装設備は全てLIXIL製品になります。
LIXIL縛りがあるので他社のキッチンを入れることはできないそうです。
何となく価格も聞いてみたのですが｢爽｣はローコストですが、｢零｣｢極｣はそこからプラス数百万、余裕でミドルクラスでした(汗)

【リビング】
大きな窓で解放感溢れる空間。
シンプルな間取りでいろんな家具配置にも対応できます。
耐震性能が高いのでこの大窓も可能。
ちなみに左にいるのは妻です(^_^;)
【キッチン】
フラットなキッチン台は最近の流行だそう、料理番組に出てくるキッチンみたいですね。これもシンプル。
アイフルホームはシンプルデザインで建てた後のイメージがしやすいようなモデルにしているとのことです。
キッチン後ろのカップボードにも収納がたっぷりですが、しかも引き戸(写真左側)がついており、これを閉めるとボード上の食器棚、調味料、生活家電なんかを隠すことができます。
来客時なんかにさっと引き戸を閉めればすっきりしたキッチンに見せることができます。
すっきり収納好きな妻はこの機能に敏感に反応してました☆
【和室】
仏壇を引き継ぐ長男の僕は和室も気になるポイント。
３畳間ですが、畳は半畳タイプが最近の流行りみたいで、部屋が広く見えます。
段差があるのはおしゃれ空間を演出しますが、バリアフリーの観点からは微妙かな。
小さい子や年配者が落ちないか心配だ。

【洗面】
至って普通、もう少し広い洗面台が希望ですが、そうすると広い洗面スペースが必要ですね。
天井からは物干し用のリングが下がっており、部屋干しにも対応可能。
ちょっとわかりにくいですが、玄関～キッチンがつながった作り。
帰宅後にすぐに洗面所に行ける動線で手洗いうがいがスムーズに。
子供がいる家庭は玄関直で手を洗いにいけるので衛生的ですね(^_^)
このデザインは機能的でいいなと思いました。間取りに余裕があれば取り入れてみよう。
【風呂】
お風呂はごく普通ですが、アイフルホームはメートルモジュールという欧米方式の広い寸法なので、一般的なお風呂より洗い場が大きめです。
僕は広い風呂がいいので、お風呂はメートルのがいいかな。
(日本のお家の多くは古くからの尺モジュールなので寸法小さめになります。)
【寝室】
これも普通ですね、普通が一番無難です。
壁のタイル調のデザインが若い夫婦向けかも。
【子供部屋】
今時の子供部屋はリビングに負けず劣らずデザインが素敵です。
昭和生まれの僕の時代は土壁に畳が普通でしたので、今の子がうらやましい(^_^;)
モデルルーム見学の感想
一通りざっと見せて貰っての感想、アイフルホームのモデルハウスはシンプルで分かりやすく実用的に思えました。
他社は最新鋭の間取りなので、これオプションいくらなんやろ((( ；ﾟДﾟ)))てなりましたが、そういうのがないので安心感があります。
色合いは他社もそうですが、全体的にポップなのが多いのは流行りなんですかね。
伝統的な昔の一戸建てとゆう感じがないので、家というよりホテルに来てるような感覚でした。
僕らの場合はアラフォーなので、もうちょい落ち着いたデザインになりそうです。
アイフルホームの建物は雰囲気が普通過ぎず奇抜でもなく、無難に住みやすそうに思いました。
しかも高気密高断熱のZEH対応、
どの項目も平均点以上の安定性のあるハウスメーカーだと思いました。
検討対象に入りそうな予感です。
