☆ヤマト住建の高気密高断熱住宅、さらに全館空調で快適なお家

こんにちは。
スーモカウンターで紹介してもらったハウスメーカー第3弾、今回はヤマト住建さんにお邪魔してきました。
一条工務店みたいな、高気密高断熱で暖かいお家を作る会社はないですか？という条件で出てきたのが、このヤマト住建。
※一条工務店は予算オーバー(；´∀｀)
なんでも、一条工務店に迫る高性能住宅がより安く建てられるとのことで、スーモカウンターの紹介を受けた4社の中で最も期待度大で楽しみにしていた会社です。
【ヤマト住建の主な特徴】
・外張り断熱をメインとし+内張り断熱の併用で高い高気密高断熱性能
・軸工法にパネル工法を組み合わせた高耐久性能
・制震ダンパーによる高耐震性
・2重・3重樹脂サッシLoｗ-E採用で窓からの熱漏出もカット
などなど、とにかく高い住宅性能がウリ
スーモカウンターの担当者も一条工務店に次ぐ性能の高さと言われておりました。
さらにもう一つのオススメが全館空調のYUCACOシステム。
このYUCACOシステム、一台のエアコンで部屋中を循環して全ての室温をほぼ一定に保ち、年中春のような快適さを実現できます。

いざ、モデルハウスへ
【リビングダイニング】
ポップで明るい雰囲気のリビング、ナチュラルな色使いでリラックスできそうです。
今まで見たリビングの中で一番センスいいなとと思いました♪
【洗面】
カフェみたいなオシャレな洗面台、これもイイ(^_^)
オプションだと思うけど高くないなら検討したいデザイン☆
足元の収納が欲しいけど、入れるとオシャレ感減りそうだ(^_^;)
【バスルーム】
お風呂はどのメーカーも似たような感じなので、配色で個性を出すところですね。
最近のバスタブは保温力が高くて冷めにくいそうです。
【主寝室】
壁の一面だけデザインを入れるとアクセントになっていいですね☆
フロアの色もちょうどいい暗さで汚れが目立ちにくそうです。
【子供部屋】
無垢フロアはナチュラルで暖かみがあっていいですね。
無垢は実際に触れた時に冷たくなく、冬場は足が冷えなくていいみたいです。
逆に汚れや傷が付きやすいのが難点。
ざっと見せてもらいましたが、全体的に柔らいイメージの内観で穏やかな家庭像が浮かぶ作りでした。
ちなみにこのモデルハウス、ヤマト住建イチオシの先ほど記したYUCACOシステムを導入した『ぬくぬくハウス』、全館空調のお家。
さすが全館空調、どの部屋も廊下もお風呂も玄関も暖かいです！
冬場は暖かく、夏は涼しく、年中春のように快適に過ごせますよ、と営業さん。
寒いのが苦手な妻、この全館空調に心惹かれておりました( ☆∀☆)
僕も暑い夏が苦手なんですごく魅力的です。
ただ、全館空調は導入コストが高いんです、営業さん曰く導入コスト200万だそう。
この『ぬくぬくハウス』の価格はパッケージ料金で30坪1850万円～
少し高めですね、この全館空調の設備費が入っているからでしょう。
普通に各室に冷房つけたほうがコストは遥か安いかもしれない。
ただ、高気密高断熱の家で全館空調をすると温度ロスも少なく、月々の電気代は意外に安く済むそうです。
あと、心配はメンテナンス性ですね、埋設配管なので壊れた時の保証、費用がどうなるのか？
導入事例をあまり聞かないので、もっと調べて、営業さんにも確認する必要がありそうです。
とは言え、ヤマト住建の全館空調の家、一度訪れただけで快適さを実感し、高気密高断熱の性能にも僕たち夫婦は興味津々☆
一度、見積をもらって検討しようかなと思います。
