☆ウェディングケーキもデザインいろいろ・立体的なケーキでケーキ入刀に彩りを☆
打ち合わせ3回目はウェディングケーキ
こんにちは
今回は主にウェディングケーキと料理の打ち合わせです。
ウェディングケーキは見積りプランに入っており、設定額は￥80,000
前回の打ち合わせ↓
結婚式の招待状、オシャレな招待状を選びました～結婚式打ち合わせ第2回
まずはプランナーさんからカタログを手渡され、その写真の中から選びます。
種類は大体全部で30種類くらいありますが、プラン対象の中はそのうちで半数くらい。
残り半分はグレードの高い凝った作りのものになっていました。
サンプルのようなものがあれば良いんですが、さすがに生ものなのでカタログで決めます。
実物が見れないので写真で判断です。
グレードアップは＋1～5万でできましたが、さすがにアップするとオシャレ度が増しますね。
さらにプランのものをベースにアレンジを加えてセミオーダーにしたり、お金さえ掛ければフルオーダーにできるとか。
でも予算の都合が…なのでプラン内のケーキで見栄えしそうなものを選ぶことにしました。
式場の設定でウェディングケーキは一切持ち込み不可です。
食品衛生の観点から、生もの・料理は持ち込み全面不可とのことです。(引き出物は除く)
式場によっては持ち込み可のところもあるみたいで、その際は外注すると式場設定の半額くらいで済むようです。
2次会ではレストラン等で開催の場合はよく持ち込みされてますね。
僕も友人の2次会幹事を引き受けた際にケーキ持ち込みましたが、スクエア型の標準的なもので3～4万だったと記憶しています。
ひとまず、カタログの中で直感で3つほどに絞り込みました。
パターン①
2段構えで昔からのウェディングケーキのような雰囲気があります。シャンパングラスを支柱として2段構成、グラスの中に散りばめられたベリーがオシャレ。
パターン②
ハートの平面型、どんな披露宴にも合いそうな可愛らしい系です。
たっぷりイチゴで赤が映えます。
パターン③
同じくハート型ですが、三段のレイヤーでデザイン性のより高い一品です。
この式場ではこれが一番人気とのことです。
プランナーさんに聞くと、人それぞれ選ぶケーキはほんと千差万別で個性がでますが、
やはり可愛らしいハート型が無難で人気だそう。
一昔前はフラットのスクエア型が流行ってようですが、今は2段3段で立体感があり、かつカラフルなデザインがよく選ばれるようです。
他にも最近よく出てるバイブル型がオシャレで良かったのですが、僕たちの結婚式のコンセプトとは離れており、なおかつ書かれた文章にナイフを入れるのがなんだかな…と思って見送りました。
(バイブル型は好きな文言をチョコレート等で自由に書いてデコレーションできます。)
で、結局僕たちは二人の直感が一致したパターン①のケーキを選びました。
カタログをめくってまず二人ともが「いいね！」てなったものです。
ファーストインプレッションで決めました。
オプションでメッセージボード(チョコレート)をつけました(＋2000円)
