前からネットの評判が良く、気になっていた鶏三和さんの名古屋コーチン親子丼。
先日京都旅行に行った際に伊勢丹にお店があったので行って参りました
お店はデパ地下街の惣菜コーナーの一角、こじんまりとカウンターだけで営業されております。
この日は休日ということもあり百貨店は結構な賑い、同店も10人くらいの待ちの列ができておりました。
30分ほど待って席へ
メニューは看板メニューの「名古屋コーチン親子丼」の他に「香草美水鶏親子丼」や「鶏かつ丼」などもありますが、ここは一番人気を注文することに
きました！「名古屋コーチン親子丼」
いざ実食！
一口目からトロトロ玉子が口に広がります。
とにかく濃厚！
玉子の味がこんなに濃い親子丼ははじめてだ(^_^)
出汁がバランスよく、玉子の濃厚さにかかわらず、しつこさはありません。
鶏肉は小振りですが、柔らかく優しい口当たり。出汁がよく染みて香ばしい。
付け合わせで名古屋コーチン入りつくねコラーゲンスープ、紀州南高梅のはちみつ柚子漬けがついてます。
コラーゲンスープはあっさり目で濃厚な親子丼の口休めにぴったり。
名古屋コーチンつくねは少し濃い味です。
南高梅ですが、付け合わせでこんないいのがついてくるんだ！ていうくらい肉厚でしっかりした食べ応えでびっくり！
密漬けなので酸味が強くなく優しい口当たりです。
親子丼、コラーゲンスープ、南高梅のセットがこれ以上にない絶妙なバランス。とくに梅がいい仕事してます。
お値段は1059円(税込)
このハイクオリティでこのお値段ははっきり言ってお得です。
僕が生涯食べた中で、間違いなく一番美味しい親子丼でした。
