結婚式ペーパーアイテムを手作りしてコストダウンしよう☆
結婚式アイテムの中でコストダウンし易いポイントにペーパーアイテムがありますね。
今回はその中で僕たちが試してみたペーパーアイテムDIYで｢席札｣を手作りしたお話してみたいと思います。
プロフィールブック(+メニュー表)について、結婚式アイテムネット通販サイト｢FARBE｣を利用したことは前に書きました。
席札も同じくFARBEでいろいろとラインナップがあったのでいいなと思い、同社のアイテムで作ることにしました。
僕たちが選んだのは印刷までお願いする完成品のフルオーダー品ではなく、自宅で印刷しセットする手作りセミオーダー品です。
席札のオーダー比較
我が家のケースをまとめてみました↓

表に示すとおり同じ席札でも価格やかかる手間が全然違うことに気づきます。
式場で依頼
まずは式場手配について。
これが一番話が早く、手間もかかりません。
来賓リストをプランナーさんに渡して、後は完成を待つのみです。
時間がない方は最良の方法かと思います。
ただ、値段の低い物はシンプルになりがちなので、見栄えの良い物にしようとするとやはり値が上がってきます。
(僕たちの場合も式場手配の場合納得がいく種類のものは1部250円以上の選択になりました。)
☆ポイント☆→手間がかからない！
ネット通販完成品
(FARBEの場合)
価格と手間について真ん中の特徴を持つのがこれ。
式場手配よりも質がよくおしゃれなのが低価格で手に入りますし、一風変わった、人と被らないオンリーワンのものも選べたりします。
しかし、オーダーの際にネット注文の手続き(クレジット入力など)が少々時間がかかり、来賓リストも提出する必要があります。
でも、ちょっとした手間ひとつで人と差をつけられるなら、この選択もありですね。

ネット通販手作り
(FARBEの場合)
これはもう、圧倒的なコストパフォーマンス☆
完成品手配の場合、最低でも一枚で１５０円位の品質のものが一枚４０円～で作れます。
枚数によりますが、一般的な出席人数で数千円、うまくいくと半値以下にコストを落とせます。
ただ、手作り、ご家庭のプリンターで印刷できる紙質、形状のものに限られるので、あまり凝ったものはできません。
多くの場合は名刺大のカードにゲスト名を印刷し、それを台紙に差し込む形になります。
来賓リスト入力、印刷、台紙にセットの手間がかかります。
※ちなみにネット通販手作りの商品は、同じ物を東急ハンズやLOFT(都市部の大型店舗)で取り扱ってる場合があります。
ネット注文するにも実物がどんなのか気になる…という方はこれらの店に行けば参考になりますよ。
依頼か手作りか･･･選ぶポイント
以上、3種3様、利点欠点がありますが…
ずばり選ぶコツは…
☆手間をかけたくない方→式場orネット完成品手配
☆お金をかけたくない方は→ネット手作り品or市販手作り品手配
になります。
どちらを選ぶかは人それぞれですが、結局一番無難なのは式場手配です。
少しでも楽に行きたいのなら、式場にお願いしましょう。
結婚式の準備ですべきことは他にもたくさんあります。
忙しすぎて｢時は金なり｣の心境になりますよ、ほんとに(^_^;)
とか言いながらも、僕たちは他の新婚さんと同じく時間はなかったのですが、かといってお金は削れるところで削りたかったので、ネット手作り品手配｢FARBE｣にしました。
ある程度パソコンが触れる方なら３、４時間もあればできてしまうので、まあ１日みとけば十分だと思いますよ！
ネット通販手作りの場合のコスト
気になるリアルな費用面は僕たちのケースを例に出しますと↓
最初に式場から見積りして貰った席札は
￥150円×55名＝￥8,250(税別)
一方でFARBE手作り席札の場合は(商品名席札｢ティアラ｣の場合)
￥400×60名分＋送料￥700＝￥3100(税別)
※1セット10名分からの販売です。
比較してみたところ、なんと半額以下になりました！！
(対等な比較の為、シンプルなデザイン同士のもので比べています。)

手作りDIYアイテム、とくにペーパーアイテムは自分たちでも作成できる、結婚式準備のなかではハードルが低い物なので、余裕があれば挑戦してみてくださいね！
